Description
This 32.29 carat Natural Chalcedony Banded Agate, known as Sulemani Aqeeq, comes from Iran, a region historically celebrated for producing exceptional fire-toned Chalcedony. Cut as a smooth oval cabochon with a high polish, the stone displays a striking flow of deep red, warm orange, and golden-yellow bands moving into soft white patches — a full spectrum of natural warm tones within a single piece.
Sulemani Aqeeq is traditionally valued in South Asian and Middle Eastern culture for its protective and grounding properties, and Chalcedony pieces like this one are especially prized for their vivid, fire-like color. The stone has a natural foam crack along one side, a naturally occurring feature formed during the stone’s growth rather than damage from cutting or handling.
This piece’s wide color range and glassy polish make it well suited for a statement pendant, a focal ring stone, or as a striking addition to a natural stone collection.
