Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping across all cities in Pakistan, with no minimum order value.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 1-3 business days after dispatch.
- In-Store Pickup: Customers may choose to pick up orders from our physical store in Karachi at no additional cost. We will notify you once your order is ready for pickup.
- Tracking: All domestic orders include a tracking number, sent via email or SMS once the order is shipped.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location.
- Shipping Charges: Calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and package weight.
- Estimated Delivery: International deliveries usually take 5-7 business days after dispatch. Customs or courier delays may extend this period.
- Customs & Duties: All international buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or any local delivery fees. These charges are not included in your purchase total.
- Tracking: Tracking numbers are provided when available.
We are not liable for customs delays, lost parcels due to incorrect address details, or packages refused by customs. Return shipping and any fees incurred in such cases are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
We inspect and carefully package each item prior to dispatch. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- You must contact us at contact@brillgems.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
- Claims submitted after 48 hours or without full documentation may not be accepted.
- If approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Returns & Exchanges Related to Shipping
Due to the collectible and one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory:
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility for all approved returns or exchanges.
- We do not offer refunds. Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for items returned without approval, outside the return window, or for non-returnable items (e.g. custom, resized, or sale items).
