Returns
- Returns are accepted for store credit only and must be requested within 5 calendar days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging and proof of purchase.
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using trackable, insured shipping.
- Store credit will be issued only after the item has been received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items
To protect the integrity and value of our inventory, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-made or special-order items
- Resized, altered, or modified items
- Items marked “Sale” at the time of purchase
- Items returned without approval or outside the return window
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect and securely pack each order. In the rare case of damage or an incorrect item:
- You must notify us at contact@brillgems.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include clear, unedited photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
- Claims submitted after 48 hours or without full documentation will not be accepted.
- If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.
- Refunds are not issued for damaged or incorrect items.
All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline claims that do not meet our criteria.
Exchanges
- Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to approval, item condition, and product availability.
Refunds
- We do not offer cash refunds.
- Approved returns are issued as store credit only, valid toward any future purchase.
