Yes. All of our gemstones are 100% natural and ethically sourced. We do not use lab-created or synthetic stones, unless clearly mentioned in the product description.
Q: Do items come with a certificate?
Some high-value items include a certificate of authenticity or gemstone lab report. Certification can also be requested for other items at an additional cost, especially for gemstones or custom jewellery pieces.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We provide free shipping across Pakistan on all orders.
International shipping is available — rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Q: How long does shipping take?
- Domestic (Pakistan): 1-3 business days after dispatch
- International: 5-7 business days (customs delays may apply)
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted for store credit only and must be requested within 5 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Custom, resized, or sale items are non-returnable
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us at contact@brillgems.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit — no cash refunds.

- Keep jewellery dry and away from perfumes, chemicals, and water
- Clean gently with a soft cloth
- Store in a soft pouch or jewellery box to avoid scratches or tarnishing
